Please submit a feature issue: Go to the New Issue tab of the project maintaining the software. Chose 'Feature' as Tracker, and enter a speaking title for and a concise description of your feature request. You need to become an active project member for this.

I think I detected a bug in a software package, how do I submit a report?

Please include details such as your operating system with version, the exact circumstances under which the bug shows, and the frequency and reproducibility of the bug, so the developers may fix it quickly. If it is a security related bug, please do not hesitate to directly contact the project managers. You need to become an active project member for this.

If you like to not only use the software or data, but become an active project member, please feel free to contact the project managers. Tell them how you want to participate and why, and provide them with the following information: your name, organisation, country, e-mail, and homepage, if available.
